I am a qualified psychotherapist with an MA in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. I have a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College.

I am a certified associate of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) who has completed an IAHIP Recognised Psychotherapy training course and I am currently working towards full accreditation as a member of IAHIP.

I practice humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, drawing particularly on person-centred, existential and psychodynamic theories of psychotherapy. Where appropriate, I use CBT and Motivational Interviewing interventions with clients.

As well as working in private practice, I provide counselling to third level students accessing the Student Counselling Service in TUS Athlone.
