How it works

Counselling room in 37 Wexford Street, Portobello, Dublin 2

TIME

Each session will last approx. 50 minutes- 1 hour. I will let you know when there are about five minutes left in the session, to give us time to wrap up. Usually we will meet on a weekly basis, at the same time each week.

LOCATION

I meet with clients in The Space Above, Main Street, Birr, Co. Offaly.

I also offer online therapy for those who prefer this option.

COST

Cost is €55 per session. Payment is by cash, card or bank transfer at the end of the session.

  • To make an appointment, send me an email, give me a call or fill out the online form here. I will get back to you and let you know my availability and we can arrange a time to meet.

  • The first session is about getting to know one another. People usually find this session goes very quickly, as we will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and how we might work together.

  • I take your confidentiality very seriously and this will be discussed in our first meeting.
